Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility- No purchase necessary to win and must be a US Citizen over the age of 18 unless otherwise noted. Void where prohibited. Employees, independent contractors and household family members of Classified: Mom,  or the giveaway sponsor and representing public relations firm are not eligible to enter.
2. Odds of winning- depend on the number of entries received.
3. Contest/Giveaway Guidelines: To enter a giveaway on Classified: Mom is generally done so by leaving a comment at the selected giveaway post, unless otherwise noted. Every entry is made as a separate comment. Please include your first name and email address with each entry. No duplicate entries are allowed. Winners are chosen using random.org and will be emailed within 3 business days of the announcement to claim their prize. The winner will then have 3 business days to respond or a new winner will be selected using the same method. All decisions are final. Entries that do not follow the stated rules and/or are received after the closing date and time are not considered.
4. Taxes All taxes (state and federal) on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Disclaimer. Classified: Mom will not be responsible for: (a) any late or lost entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; any giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Classified: Mom or by unauthorized human intervention;  (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway; or (d) the failure of the associated sponsor to send out their product.
6. General Release. By entering any giveaway through this website, you release Classified: Mom from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, misdelivery or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
7. Cancellation- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend any portion of the Promotion for any reason, including should any cause corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion and, in the event of termination, to determine the winner(s) for the question(s) at issue from among all eligible tweets and/or entries received up to such time for the applicable question(s) using the winner determination procedure outlined above.
